Order Processing and Shipping Information
Order Processing Time:
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Time:
- U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS & FedEx, with an average transit time of 15 - 20 business days.
- International Orders: Shipping times vary between 15 - 30 business days, depending on the fulfillment center.
Shipping Delays:
Please be aware that factors beyond our control, such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions, may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, occasional unforeseen delays may occur.
Tracking Information:
We provide tracking for all orders. Once your product has shipped, you will receive tracking details. For assistance with tracking, please visit our website’s "Track Your Order" page.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of creation. To cancel, please email us at support@orbitz.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."
Incorrect Address:
If you've entered an incorrect address, please notify us immediately via email. We can correct the address within 24 hours of order placement. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address.
Delivery Attempts:
Carriers typically make two delivery attempts before returning a package.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll promptly send a replacement at no extra cost.
